I deal with all areas of Indirect Tax and assist businesses with understanding the rules and how to practically implement them. Over the years I have dealt with all areas of VAT and Customs Duty, including compliance visits and going to both the first and upper tier tribunals. I enjoy helping businesses resolve issues and get back on track as well as making sure they are tax efficient. I joined Francis Clark LLP in 2005 as part of a graduate training scheme and worked in many of the firm’s departments covering sole traders to public limited companies. I have specialised in the indirect taxes since 2008. My roles within Francis Clark and experience to date means I am well placed to tackle complex issues with a pragmatic approach, translate it into English and advise accordingly. I am also happy to assist clients in implementing that advice where necessary.Qualifications:Master of Engineering and Management,Chartered Accountant, Chartered Tax Advisor, Member of the Institute of Indirect Tax specialising in Indirect Tax.
