Ticketing Operations· Administration all ticketing operations at Scotland’s National Stadium (Hampden Park) in respect of both Men’s & Women’s Internationals, Scottish Cup, SPFL Cup Finals.· Administration of all ticketing operations for Scotland Men’s Away Internationals.· Implementation of new ticketing system with data migration, user testing, asset building and system set-up.Membership Operations· Responsible for the Scotland Supporters Club (SSC). Providing customer service via email (within 48hrs) & telephone calls to Scotland National Team supporters including all internal and external stakeholders. · Administration of the Scotland Supporters Club (SSC) on membership. Updating the website about loyalty points and keeping members up to date with any changes.Supporter Liaison Officer· Point of contact during matchdays & non-matchdays for supporters of the National Team for any issues, information, or advice.· Gathering and distribution of travel information for away matches, liaising with supporters and local SLOs to provide information about travel, stadium, and ticketing.· Use of social media to engage and disseminate information regarding matches, security and travel. · Organising SLO specific training for Scottish Club SLOs for UEFA/FSE delivered training.Personal Projects· Designing content for Supporter Travel Guides & Stadium Maps through Adobe Illustrator.
