   An iconic American watchmaker established in 1854, the Timex Group designs, manufactures, and markets innovative timepieces under a range of well-known brands, including Timex, Nautica, Guess, GC, Salvatore Ferragamo, Versace, Versus, Ted Baker, Missoni, Furla, Adidas, Philipp Plein, and Plein Sport. • Lead all operations and supply chain activities globally, including three manufacturing sites in the Philippines, India, and Switzerland. Drive the modernization and optimization of manufacturing, distribution, logistics, procurement, order management (including D2C), customer service, and planning (demand, supply, S & OP). • Manage an international team of 8 direct reports, 220 product and service provider relationships. Reorganized the supply chain management team and brought in four new executives in year one. • Serve as a member of the senior executive team that is planning and executing transformational programs, upgrading organizational talent, and delivering strategic process enhancements. Led a complete transformation of manufacturing processes to streamline operations, eliminate waste, and accelerate production cycles.
