I’m the Founder and Managing Director of Forward Management Group, a consulting practice providing project and program leadership for complex developments serving public, private, First Nation community, and non-profit clients. I have led over $1.5 billion in projects, offering expertise in technical project and program management, real estate strategy, asset and risk management, development advisory, procurement, and contract management.I’m a third-generation construction professional with over 20 years of experience leading real estate projects across Canada and the United States. I help organizations deliver complex projects with clarity, accountability, and purpose.Beyond client work, I’m engaged in community and industry leadership. I serve on the Board of Directors for Potluck Café Society, supporting food security and supportive employment in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside, and have provided volunteer project management services to Vancouver Neighbourhood Houses. I also served for eight years on BCIT’s Professional Advisory Committee for the Construction Management B.Tech program, helping shape curriculum and mentor the next generation of construction professionals.
