Finding solutions to problems and mobilising colleagues to deliver those solutions is what I’m passionate about. I’m curious and love learning new thing. Building connections and collectively solving problems motivates me. I particularly enjoy understanding what drives people, the neuroscience behind our behaviours and how to get the best out of people. I’m passionate about business creating value for all stakeholders and really understanding and aligning around why they are in business. I have led global a LGBT+ Network and I am a social mobility champion.
