ABOUT LIAM SIMPSON
My name is Liam Simpson. I\'m 23 years old and am a Lead Consultant for Values Into Action Scotland. My role as Lead Consultant at Values Into Action Scotland I deliver Autism Awareness and various of other training courses to companies across Scotland. Being autistic myself means I have a solid understanding and grasp of the condition and I enjoy being able to assist companies in supporting their staff members who are on the spectrum. it gives me tremendous job satisfaction and I fell proud to be part of something close to my heart. My role involves designing, developing and delivering training alongside other consultants and co-trainers. I am very much a team player. I work with organisations such as local authorities, education, health and social care and the business/commercial sector. I also contribute to the work of VIAS by creating accessible documents, marketing training and using social media to promote their work. I enjoy networking, meeting new people, travel and helping others.
