I am a property and construction professional with over a decade of experience leading capital projects, managing complex estates, and guiding organisations through strategic asset decisions. My background spans the public sector, consultancy, hospitality, and heritage environments, giving me a well-rounded and commercially informed approach to both project delivery and long-term asset management.I began my career in building surveying, progressing from graduate level through to chartered roles and gaining hands-on experience with historic and high-profile estates across Scotland. I later moved into senior roles within the hospitality sector, where I managed multi-site capital programmes, lifecycle investment plans, compliance works, and refurbishment projects across a large and demanding portfolio. This commercial experience strengthened my ability to balance operational needs with cost, risk, and long-term value.Today, my work covers technical asset management and project leadership across diverse property portfolios. I focus on clarity, consistency, and accountable delivery, ensuring that investment decisions are well informed and that projects are executed efficiently, transparently, and with measurable benefit to the organisation.My strength lies in bridging technical detail with practical, real-world outcomes.
