I progressed from providing onsite support on a freelance basis to becoming a key part of the permanent site management team, facilitating the entire portfolio of outdoor events from planning to execution for the main domestic client in the UK. I manage 1 Project Coordinator, develop site plans using AutoCAD, establish the infrastructure specification and manage related procurement for multiple projects at once. I establish scheduling for the on-site installation and deconstruction, coordinating multiple contractors and suppliers to ensure co-dependencies and potential conflicts are managed effectively. Projects include TRNSMT Festival, The Big Top in Edinburgh, Connect Festival and Concerts and Bellahouston Park Concerts.Overseas roles include Operations Manager at Soundstorm 2022, Senior Operations Manager at Soundstorm 2023 (both in Riyadh) and Operations Manager at the Formula E After Race Concerts 2022. Contributed to the achievement of Best Festival 2023 Live Awards (TRNSMT) and EX Awards Silver Winner for Best Fair or Festival 2022 (Soundstorm) and the TPMEA Award for Outstanding Event Production of the Year 2023 (Soundstorm).Played a key role in making 2023/23 a record breaking year for the company.
