I’m a dedicated leader with a track record of driving transformative change, engaging teams, and delivering outstanding results, underpinned by broad expertise and global experience.After working in human resources and marketing while studying international business and international relations at university, I joined KPMG’s consulting practice supporting clients across industries. I then worked in business planning, corporate finance, insurance and internal audit at global diversified miner South32, while completing a mineral and energy economics post graduate qualification along the way. I joined Orica in 2021 and, after a period in strategic risk management, held a key transformation leadership role supporting our businesses around the world to optimise structures and drive effectiveness. In 2025 I relocated to London with my family, and am now responsible for Strategy, Planning and Communications for our Europe, Middle East, Central Asia and Africa region. I’m a strong communicator and collaborator, and enjoy difficult assignments. I’ve delivered enterprise level transformation outcomes, been a trusted advisor to executives, boards and senior leaders, and owned company relationships across markets, regulators and commercial partners. I’ve gained invaluable professional experiences while working across and travelling extensively in Australia, Asia, Europe, the Americas and Southern Africa.
