I’m a people-first leader with a background in sales, customer service, and security, and a real passion for helping others unlock their potential.Currently, I’m the Operations Manager for North of Scotland at Street League, where I support young people across the Highlands and Islands to enhance their lives through employability and personal development programmes. I work closely with local and national businesses to build meaningful partnerships that create real opportunities and long-term impact.Communication, reliability, loyalty, and enthusiasm are at the heart of everything I do.I firmly believe everyone deserves a second chance, and I always aim to see the best in people. My approach is built on trust, accountability, and leading by example.With experience in sales, customer service, and security, I understand the importance of strong relationships, clear communication, and delivering results. Whether I’m supporting a young person into employment or collaborating with business partners, I bring energy, commitment, and integrity to the table.Outside of work, I’m a proud husband to Jasmine and dad to Lyla.
