As Hagerty Consulting’s Practice Leader for Disaster Operations and Crisis Management, Liam is deeply involved in field operations for an array of projects across the firm\'s preparedness, response and recovery divisions. In this capacity Liam leads large and diverse teams of professionals and manages highly sensitive projects and special operations for the firm. Liam oversees operations for many of Hagerty\'s Consulting’s largest and most complex projects including but not limited to the City of New York’s ~$15 billion recovery from Hurricane Sandy, and he is currently leading Hagerty’s team of professionals assisting in the management of the State of California’s response and recovery from the 2018 wildfires, COVID-19, and other disasters.
