   WINDSOR, ON Project - Lead team member for managing foundation’s scope for multi billion dollar automobile battery plant- Led self-perform efforts on site- Managed scope changes, RFIs, submittals, and quality coordination for pile driving and concrete subcontractors- Utilized LEAN practices: last-planner system, daily and weekly coordination to create efficient flow between subcontractors- Created progress tracking maps using Tableau to illustrate work progress to the client and coordinate daily with field team members- Cleaned mass field data using pandas library within Python- Built XGBoost time series forecasting model to predict future production metrics. Model achieved less than 5% error- Built Natural Language Processing (NLP) model to categorize invoice items. Decreased the total time to complete this task by 95%- Created project badging database to expedite process of auditing project time sheets using Microsoft Power Query.
