As an MSAT Specialist specialising in Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT), I lead end-to-end Technology Transfer for autologous clinical programs while supporting GMP manufacturing at RoslinCT in Edinburgh. My work sits at the intersection of advanced therapeutics, process engineering, and regulatory compliance, ensuring that cutting‑edge therapies move efficiently, safely, and robustly from development to the clinic.I bring a proven track record in developing and implementing scalable bioprocesses, directing complex troubleshooting, and shaping process control strategies through deep analysis of CQAs, CPPs, and performance data. My experience spans multiple biologic modalities from mAb and fusion proteins to mRNA vaccines and autologous CGT supported by strong foundations in upstream processing across AMBR, bench-scale, and perfusion systems.Previously at APC Ltd, I coordinated cross-functional USP teams, led client engagement, established scale-down models, and optimized processes across 7+ programs. During my MSc internship with Regeneron, I delivered a PAT-focused project using capacitance modelling to advance real-time cell density prediction — work that later contributed to multiple patents and conference presentations.Across roles, I have consistently delivered through strong scientific problem-solving, stakeholder alignment, and a commitment to GMP excellence.
