Producing and implementing a business plan to ensure steady and controlled growth in our market sector.To directly manage and oversea the management team including HR, Plant, Transport, and Waste. Working with the board as the senior leader on implementing changes to strengthen the position of the business within the demolition industry in the UK.Drawing on my previous experience as a Director within a larger business. Leading from the front with restructuring of the business and planting seeds for a successful and postive culture.I\'m pleased to be using my specialist skills and have come full circle in returning to the sector that launched my career over 22 years ago.
