As the Holiday Scheme Leader, it is my role to ensure all children are registered and dismissed correctly and efficiently, plan the activities for the day, and ensure the number of children at the camps was at a high enough level for us to continue receiving funding from then council. I also had the roles of supervising the children throughout the activities, as well as leading my team of coaches and instructing them on how best to interact with all the participants.
