Working with Dr. Thanh Barbie and other members of the Barbie lab, we are looking to see how STING agonism alongside CAR T cells delivered through the PEG marker can affect tumors injected into the mammary fat pad of mice. Some of my day to day responsibilities include culturing cell lines, running Western blots, and analyzing data run through Flow cytometry, FACS and CTG assays. I also assist with tumor injections and measurements with the help of other post docs in the lab
