ABOUT LIAM MCCORMACK ASSOC.

I have extensive experience in Human Resources (Assoc. CIPD), property law (three management positions), banking (CCBI), business (BSc Business Management), and mortgages (CeMAP). During lockdown, I took the brave decision in the next part of my journey, by starting a BSc (Hons) Business Management degree as a mature student. During my time at Lancaster University, I took every opportunity available, and consequently gained a vast array of skills and experience that I would not have been able to gain in the workplace. This now equips me with the specialist skills and experience required for my career. In my BSc (Hons) Business Management degree, I gained a First Class grade at 77%. Out of the 21 modules, 17 were graded at 70% or above. I received the award for Highest Academic Acheivement in the 22/23 cohort. Additionally, I have a strong passion for mental health awareness, and have completed a Level 2 certificate in \'Mental Health First Aid and Mental Health Advocacy in the Workplace\'. This aids me in ensuring that I am able to recognise and assist my family, friends and colleagues with any potential mental health concerns #endthestigmaI am currently completing the CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning & Development to expand my knowledge of key L&D specialisms.Please feel free to contact me if you would like to know more about my experiences.
