ABOUT LIAM MC GUIGAN
A Chartered Project Manager, Liam is a valuable member of the CBRE Global Workplace Solutions EMEA team and since coming on board in May 2017, there has been no hesitation in entrusting him with safely delivering multi-disciplinary projects to time, cost and desired quality. Liam is currently working on the Google account and as one of our key partners he is helping to deliver their EMEA project office portfolio and deliver the overall strategy for this fast paced and industry leading client. Duties include, project planning, defining, monitoring and executing in accordance with RIBA plan. Experience in effectively managing and delivering stakeholder expectations. Pro-actively managing risk to identify potential benefits and working closely with suppliers and main contractors dealing with interim payments and cash flow forecasting. Graduated in 2013 with a First class BSc Honours degree in Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management at the University of Ulster- MCIOB - Diploma in Industrial Studies - IOSH trained & accredited - RICS member working towards MRICS PM - PMP accredited - APM PMQ accredited
