Work with a range of professional football players • Do so from 1st team level down through the Academy age-group squads• Oversee and lead pitch-based end stage rehabilitation (RTP) of injured players• Liaise with and work in conjunction with club’s medical staff• Devise, develop and implement gym-based conditioning programmes for players• Help them recover from short- and long-term injuries• Create, design and deliver a GPS database, utilising Excel• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the physical demands of a training session • Understand its impact on the team or on individual players• Utilise the data findings to structure training sessions• Perform a lead role in the introduction of a multi-mechanical model• Utilise the latest research to enable a clearer understanding of training loads• Enable players to cope with the physical demands of training and games• Manage the introduction of club-wide standards • Do so through the use of body composition data• Establish and implement individual player targets through regular testing• Monitor heart-rate (HR) data, well-being questionnaires and subjective scoring (RPE) • Use these to assess and quantify training loads• Meticulously maintain an up-to-date database of work conducted with players• Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through testing and results• Conduct comprehensive monitoring of the players• Minimise the risk of injury and enhance their physical performance• Ensure the application of the latest research and development of Sports Science practices• Oversee and lead the delivery of warm-up and cool-down routines• Assist and support the Management Team • Do so with the planning and implementation of training routines on a daily basis• Assist with match day preparations for the SPFL PremiershipKey Achievements 2021/22: Finished fifth in the SPFL Premiership Secured qualification for the UEFA Europa League
