I\'ve spent close to twenty years in frontline operations. I started as a graduate manager in a builders merchants, moved into health and safety in construction, founded a compliance consultancy and eventually landed in hospitality and retail, where I\'ve worked with hundreds of businesses to set up management and operational systems.Over the years I\'ve backed up my experience with qualificiations in management, compliance and teaching. And through all of this, the pattern I kept seeing was the same everywhere: frontline teams have a relentless amount of work to get through, and there\'s never enough time. It\'s nobody\'s fault. It\'s the limitation of our human capacity. There are only so many hours in a shift and only so many things one person can physically do.With AI, that changes.
