With over five years of work experience in various customer-facing roles, I am a branch manager at Enterprise, where I oversee a fleet of over 200 vehicles and 7 employees. I am passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, managing efficient communication, and training and developing staff. I am always looking for new ways to improve the branch\'s performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.In my current role, I manage communication between insurance companies, body shops, accounting department and various corporate accounts, ensuring timely and accurate billing and reporting.
