Currently leading the team at F1 Arcade Birmingham, I oversee the day-to-day running of one of the UK’s most exciting and immersive social gaming venues—where cutting-edge Formula 1 simulators meet high-energy hospitality.Before joining F1 Arcade, I served as General Manager at The Canal House Birmingham for 1 year and 6 months, where I led one of the city’s busiest and most iconic venues. There, I focused on driving team culture, customer satisfaction, and strong commercial results in a high-volume setting.Prior to that, I was part of the leadership team at Gusto Italian, where I further developed my skills in premium casual dining, guest engagement, and team training.
