Experienced Customer, Product and IT support manager who currently plays a vital role as EU Senior Product Manager for Enterprise Mobility looking after Loyalty. Previous responsibilities include Rental Operations, Frictionless, Messaging, Car Club/Carshare and MaaS.Most at home working with business stakeholders to understand requirements which will allow me to help guide or create new business process as well as produce documentation for future IT development. Using Product knowledge and Project management skills allows me to help enable smooth implementation of new functionality and processes across the department and the wider business.Outside of work, follow sports, days out and walking, also volunteer for ‘Dementia Adventure’.
