Professional Game Course Operations Coordinator (Uefa a Technical Directors) @The Football Association

Responsible for the day-to-day coordination and management of the UEFA Licence / Technical Directors covering amongst others the following areas: planning, organisation, logistics, monitoring and controlling budget and event delivery.• Produce, maintain and review clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for operational performance and provide strategic plans to reduce deficiencies on the awards.• Recording and updating operational information in the organisation\'s working systems and databases.• Liaison with senior management team and course directors, assisting in the development of the highest coaching awards.• Managing coaches’ support mechanisms, providing also high level of bespoke customer service via phone, e-mail or in person.• Building and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders (PL, EFL, PFA, LMA, UEFA) through regular meetings and communications.
