I lead BT’s enterprise adoption of AI, shaping how colleagues safely and productively use next‑generation tools like M365 Copilot, Copilot for Sales, and BT‑built AI agents. I previously delivered BT’s Better Workplace Programme—consolidating the estate from 360+ buildings to 35 strategic sites and 60 hubs—to modernise collaboration and redefine how BT works, driving AI into our workplaces.
