Key Achievements:• Responsible for >$1.8bn of business growth capital across AMP network from existing to new sites. • Developed and deployed Ardagh Production System that creates a continuous improvement culture and delivers operational excellence. • Developed and Deployed Factory 4.0 strategy that embraces the digital transformation of our manufacturing sites to enhance efficiency, productivity, and agility across our sites.

With over three decades of experience in the manufacturing packaging industry, I am the Global Beverage Chief Operating Officer at Ardagh Metal Packaging, a global supplier of sustainable and infinitely recyclable beverage cans to brand owners. In this role, I am responsible for all aspects of the operations of 23 high-speed manufacturing sites in Europe, USA and Brazil, as well as the global R&D function that develops new products and processes that satisfy consumer needs while minimizing our environmental footprint.My core competencies include strategic planning, business process improvement, lean six sigma, factory 4.0, change management and safety leadership.
