Airline Pilot | Former HR Professional with expertise in SME’s I have 8 years solid HR experience working at various levels of the HR & legal function. From working locally to multi-nationally. I have led on company wide transformational projects but also worked at the \'sharp end’ of the HR function with SME’s. Flying has always been a passion of mine, but my time in HR gave me an understanding of how important a stable and supportive work environment is—whether on the ground or in the air. Moving into aviation allowed me to pursue my passion and bring the people-first approach of HR to an industry where safety, clear communication, and precision are paramount. I hold a BA(Hons) in International Business and a Level 5 Advanced Diploma in HR Management. I hold Member status at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
