Leading a $35MM program delivering Strategic Consulting, Professional Services and MSP to key client. Led client’s Senior IT leadership through strategy and roadmap creation for 5 year IT excellence journey. Presented 5 year strategic roadmap to client’s Executive steering committee and secured projects totaling $9MM in first 12 months. Efforts led to capturing additional services projects (Data, Application Modernization and Enterprise Migrations). Total program spend grew from $24MM to +$35MM in 18 months. • Managing Program Delivery across Strategy, Continuous Improvement (CI), MSP and over 50 services projects successfully delivered. Standardized tools and process for successful project delivery and led process improvement and Continuous Improvement (CI) events. Implemented and managed new standards which drove Gross Profit for Service projects +22%, On-time delivery +75% and CSAT scores +67% YOY. • Managing all business aspects of program including Contract creation and negotiation, Staffing of over 30 IT professionals, Delivery and P&L. Conducting monthly program overview sessions for Executive steering committee. Ensuring Executive goals and strategic roadmap are inline while Budget, Staffing and Execution. • Coaching and supporting over 30 IT professionals in the delivery of large and diverse portfolio of services and projects including: Tenant-to-Tenant migrations for +100K global users, large-scale SaaS platform Application Modernizations serving +50K users, Data analysis and re-structuring for platforms effecting +3MM users.
