At Verve Connect, we design and manufacture innovative hardware solutions — from V.GO steel-cased EV chargers to IMO mobile and broadband devices — partnering with major brands and telecom providers to deliver reliable, future-ready technology across the UK.I joined to help launch the V.GO EV charger into the UK market, driving awareness and building early traction across commercial, public, and residential sectors. My focus has been on developing strong relationships, growing our channel network, and positioning V.GO as a trusted, durable, and competitively priced charging solution.What I’ve been working on:• Launched the V.GO charger in the UK, generating early market adoption and strong partner interest.• Built partnerships with key organisations including Octopus Electroverse, E.ON Drive, Voltalis, Energy Park, Kerbo Charge, and Believ.• Expanded our distribution network, securing relationships with ERF, UK Electrical, Crest Nicholson, and Caravan Park Electrical, driving over £20K+ in new business quotes in the first month.• Partnered with the British Parking Association (BPA), introducing V.GO to over 50 member organisations and representing the brand at industry events.• Delivered live product demos and display installations with ERF Wholesalers and Huber to increase technical confidence and sales engagement.• Opened access to large-scale buyers by registering V.GO on Hilton, Coupa, and Constructionline procurement portals.• Ran weekly outreach campaigns, engaging 30+ UK electrical contractors to grow brand visibility and generate pipeline opportunities.• Represented Verve Connect at key industry events including Fleet & Mobility Live, Screwfix Live, and EV Live.• Developed and delivered a structured BD strategy that combines contractor engagement, partner growth, and marketing alignment to accelerate market adoption.
