A Qualified Quantity Surveyor with 15+ years experience working in various sectors of the Construction Industry.Experience includes working on Civil Engineering, Construction, Rail, Highways and Utilities Projects; from New Builds to Refurbishments to everything in-between.Teamwork/Interpersonal Skills-Currently working for TWO PLUS TWO within a team of consultants specialising in Quantity Surveying, Construction Planning and Dispute Resolution.I communicate well with everyone within the team, Clients, Suppliers and Sub-Contractors so that we all have the information for projects to run smoothly at set timescales and within budgets set.Professional Construction and Engineering Skills-Monitoring the costs of projects e.g. evaluate the works that the contractors are carrying out to ensure that costs reflect the works done.I also have target cost planning skills as I\'ve been involved in a numerous cost planning exercises for various projects where I’ve had to measure and price works which would then be reported to the Client.Working with various Sub Contractors, from initial set up on the contract to dealing with their payments and Final Accounts; helps me to build on my professional relationship skills.I.T.
