I began working for Network rail in May 2016. I started as a technical officer and quickly worked my way to senior technical officer.Whilst I didn\'t lack progression I was still hungry to experience more of what the railway industry had to offer. I began working for signals and telecoms in Nov 2019. This then led me to a senior managers role in route services within the Track Workforce Safety and Planning Transformation Team. From there I became a Project manager to deliver the drone concept of approval for the future use within the infrastructure. I have worked on various projects involving innovation and technology whilst delivering safer methods of working for our frontline colleagues.
