ABOUT LIAM BAKER
After 16 years in retail and working closely with brand management, my wife and I set up our own brand and Buds Fitness was born. Buds Fitness is a multi faceted business. Locally we deliver fitness classes and run private Personal training sessions out of our private personal training fitness studio. We run an E-commerce website, working hard to bring together fitness brands we trust and resonate with to provide Fitness for all. Finally we also run strength events. Through my links within the fitness industry I have been able to bring some exception mental health events to the UK that has raised over to date (1st January 2025) With our totally non-for-profit events we have raised: 2022 - Atherstone, Worcestershire England. £467 raised for MindUK. 2023 - Sawtry, Cambridgeshire England. £2897 raised in aid of CPSL Mind. 2024 - Peterhead, Scotland. £2760 raised in aid of Mental Health Aberdeen. 2024 - Barnsley, Yorkshire England. £883 raised in aid of Mental Health Matters. 2024 - Sawtry, Cambridgeshire England. £2054 raised in aid of CPSL Mind. In 2025 we aim to raise for localised mental health charities by working with 12 host venues across the unique. Connecting 500 participants and 40 elite coaches. Other charitable achievements are:* Committee member at my local Royal British Legion branch.* Poppy Appeal fund raiser (6 years and counting)* Boxed for Cancer Research in a fight for Cancer Research.
