As a product manager with over 10 years of experience in various sectors, I am passionate about creating solutions that address the needs and challenges of diverse customers and stakeholders. I have a strong background in finance, law, and entrepreneurship, with an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Masters of Law from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. I am also a founder at Colabora Coworking, supporting Brazilian entrepreneurs in growing their business. My most recent role was at Fidelity Investments, providing access to ESG knowledge to financial advisors. At Tala, I experienced a global fintech company that provides access to credit and financial services for the underserved. There, I worked with a cross-functional team to build and launch products that enabled financial agency for millions of users in emerging markets. I applied my skills in process improvement, data analysis, and customer centricity to deliver value and impact. Previously, I was a digital banking product manager at Cambridge Savings Bank, where I led the implementation of a new online banking system that improved the user experience and security of cash management and payments services. I also co-founded and served as the CEO of Konsuu, a travel start-up looking to empower travelers to discover the world.
