   Ideate and design the ever-evolving, full suite of marketing and branding materials for the holistic Recess brand. Including, but not limited to- Digital (Motion + Still): Bespoke marketing emails, banner ads, organic and paid social media assets, on-site graphics, etc- Print: Point-of-Sale (POS), OOH assets (vehicle wraps, tents, billboards, etc.), stickers, shelf signage, displays, etc- Packaging: Designed both shipping boxes and storage trays, created the new brand gradients for our Recess Mood cans redesign • Plan and art direct on-site for eCom, editorial, and lifestyle photoshoots • Directly manage and provide design guidance to our team of freelance graphic designers • Doubled our list of email subscribers — from 46K to 147K — within less than 2 years, by working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager on improving and optimizing our email flows + ad-hock marketing emails • Maintain self-sufficiency while juggling many different types of projects on different timelines, with independent time-management skills
