ABOUT RONIT GANGULY

I’m a Data Scientist with 4+ years of experience building machine learning models and analytical solutions in fast-paced startup environments. My expertise lies in time series forecasting, deep learning, and predictive modelling particularly with high-volume, noisy sensory data in the mining and manufacturing domains. I also bring 2+ years of prior experience as an Associate Consultant in IT, where I delivered data-driven insights to global clients.I hold an MSc in Data Science (with Distinction) from the University of Glasgow and a BTech in Information Technology from IEM Kolkata. My technical stack includes Python, SQL, AWS SageMaker, Sanic, and a wide range of ML frameworks like TensorFlow, XGBoost, and scikit-learn. I’m also skilled in data visualisation using Tableau, Streamlit, and SHAP.I’m driven by curiosity, motivated by impact, and always open to learning new tools, systems, and ideas especially in AI, model deployment, and real-world optimisation challenges.
