Quality & Security Compliance Lead for UK Access Management, responsible for governance and alignment with CGI internal standards and the Combined Certification Framework (CCF). Own and maintain the operational framework, continual service plan, training plan, and supporting compliance documentation, ensuring audit readiness and service consistency- Member of the Business Area\'s Automation Committee, helping to define standards, priorities, and good practice for automation within Access Management, with a focus on risk reduction, auditability, and operational efficiency- Designed and delivered PowerShell-based IAM toolkits and GUIs across multiple clients to standardise and automate joiner, mover, leaver, and account restore processes, embedding structured AD notes stamping, auditable controls, and robust error handling- Drive continual service improvement initiatives, modernising access management processes, reducing manual effort, and strengthening control effectiveness- Manage access requests and full account lifecycles across Active Directory, Exchange/Entra hybrid environments, PowerShell automation, Apple School Manager, Jamf, and legacy systems- Act as Subject Matter Expert for a primary client estate of user accounts, providing guidance on access governance, lifecycle management, and best practice- Resolve and oversee access-related incidents and service requests via ServiceNow, working closely with 1st Line Support and wider resolver teams- Enforce client-specific authorisation and approval models for all access changes, ensuring compliance with policy and segregation of duties- Maintain the team knowledge base, support VIP and high-priority escalations, and act as a senior point of contact for complex access scenarios and escalations- Record and maintain formal team meeting minutes and action tracking, ensuring decisions, improvements, and communications are documented and auditable.
