For most of my career, I worked in design before it had a formal seat at the table.I’ve led UX across agencies, global brands, enterprise technology, healthcare, and federal government — building structure, influence, and design maturity in environments where experience was still evolving as a strategic function.Most recently, I founded and operationalized the first enterprise Design System Program at U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services, unifying 18 independent delivery teams and standardizing tooling across 120+ designers.    Within the CX Branch at U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (DHS), lead enterprise Design Operations and Design System governance supporting national public-facing digital platforms.Founded and scaled the agency’s first Design System Program, unifying 18 distributed contractor teams and standardizing tooling across 100+ designers to reduce fragmentation and strengthen cross-team consistency.Integrated accessibility into upstream design governance by collaborating closely with the 508 audit team, increasing transparency, audit literacy, and proactive inclusive design practices across delivery teams.Drive cross-functional alignment across design, engineering, product, and compliance stakeholders to elevate quality, strengthen organizational maturity, and expand shared ownership of user experience across the enterprise.
