ABOUT LUCAS HAGIN

Change in how organizations operate is inevitable. The question is whether they navigate it with the right partners, on their own terms, and with their mission intact. That conviction has shaped my career. At Swissnex, I build partnerships between emerging technology, foundations and cultural organizations. In my first 10 months, I closed $800K+ in multi-year partnerships by helping leaders move from skepticism to a clear decision, then into a first deployment. Before that, as Co-Founder and Head of Sales at Audio-Cult, I sold emerging technology to arts, culture, and education organizations. We grew 328% year over year by making the value clear to both leadership and end users. Earlier, at Migros Culture Percentage, one of Switzerland\'s largest social commitment funds, I sat on the buyer side of digital adoption. I learned how procurement, budget cycles, and board-level risk reviews shape what gets approved, and why many partnerships stall before they start. I studied art history and spent years inside mission-driven organizations before I ever carried a quota. That buyer-side perspective helps me sell in a way that respects how these teams decide, and what they need to feel confident saying yes.
