I recruit. That\'s what I do. I enjoy it, have a passion for it, and I\'m pretty good at it. Whether it\'s tech, design, product, GTM, sales or corporate support roles or executives, I get joy in finding the right person, getting them engaged and adding them to the team. I\'m comfortable strategically leading global teams, but will always need to have a handful of reqs in my pocket that I\'m responsible for. I love building things. I like to see two things come together for a common good to create something better. I like to see things take shape, have an impact and see how I contributed. For me, recruiting/talent acquisition is about building. Working with hiring managers and clients to design and build a team one by one around a common goal. Using my entrepreneurial and strategic ability to build a recruitment strategy, an employment brand, and ROI is what it\'s all about. Having the accomplishment of being able to say “I helped build that team/company that makes xyz product or service” along with not letting people down are what drives me.
