Lawrence Goldman is a highly regarded professional with over 25 years of experience in international development, much of which has focused on the design and implementation of major donor funded education activities. His technical areas of specialization include education policy and reform, education in conflict and post-conflict countries, higher education, workforce development, and teacher and faculty professional development. Lawrence has worked with several international donor agencies, including the U.S. Agency for International Development, to design and implement major education projects. He has served in several project leadership roles, including as Program/Project Director, Chief of Party, and Deputy Chief of Party, and has provided expert technical assistance for the design and implementation of education and workforce projects worldwide. He is fully proficient in USAID rules and regulations, has extensive working closely with educational leaders, including officials from education ministries and education NGOs, in Asia and elsewhere.
