Manages day-to day HR affairs including appointments and template-based hiring. Manages reappointments for Officers of Administration including completion of PAFs and extensions. Represents the Human Resources Department in meetings with TSC employees. Provides pertinent information to facilitate the collection of necessary documents for new hires/reappointments. Manages and maintains tracking logs of all onboarding processes to ensure accurate processing of all employment eligibility, appointments, and reappointments ensuring all information is accurate and processed in real-time, and is accessible to the HR team at all times. Manages Leave of Absences for all Officers of Administration interacting with Central Leave Management Office as well as Provost Office for approvals and accurate leave management. Liaises with internal and external constituents to resolve issues and ensures timely processing of new hire/appointments, reappointments, terminations and other related transactions. Tracks and ensures compliance with respect to I-9 processing, POM training, background checks, visa status, and other regulatory and policy matters. Assists in onboarding procedures for TBH and additional compensation. Responsible for revising, posting, and managing current job postings for full-time and part-time employees, student teachers, student interns, and work study; implements and manages subsequent all onboarding.

With over eight years of diverse experience in the arts, education, and human resources sectors, I am a passionate and versatile professional who thrives on creating positive impact and fostering collaboration. As a Human Resources Associate at The School at Columbia University, I apply my critical writing and communication skills to support the recruitment, hiring, and retention of faculty and staff, as well as to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a healthy and inclusive work environment. I also leverage my MA in Psychology in Education with a focus on Spirituality Mind Body from Teachers College, Columbia University, to enhance my understanding of the psychological and emotional needs of the school community and to contribute to the school\'s mission of cultivating intellectual curiosity, social justice, and global citizenship. In addition to my HR role, I was also an Associate Producer at Pipeline Theatre Company, where I helped produce innovative and immersive theatre experiences that challenge and inspire audiences. Furthermore, I was the Founder/Consultant of The Midnight Factory NYC, a multi-disciplinary arts incubator that supports the creative development and well-being of artists.
