Managing Partner – Oversee all aspects of business operations specifically with regard to: investment consulting, joint venture, and development, including client relationship building, and project pursuit opportunities.Current Consulting focus is upon our client\'s needs relative to underwriting and pursuit logic for a Downtown Denver \"high rise\" development approved for 63 stories. This project, upon completion, will change the Denver skyline, and we are very excited to have been engaged to source the transaction. The cost to complete could approach $200mm. We will be providing more information soon!Coordinated closing upon the acquisition of 28.5 acres in Fort Collins, COAnalyzed and successfully zoned and annexed the property into the City of Fort CollinsNegotiated easements and condemnation for right of way with state and federal governmentInitiated a collaborative effort between Windsor, Fort Collins, The Colorado Department of Transportation, and the Federal Highway Administration for construction of a $25mm interchange serving the market.
