   I work closely with the Senior Director IT Digital Workplace on both long-term strategic communications and engagement as well as day-to-day operational messaging. I also partner with various IT leaders and team members to organize end-user enablement and knowledge management for IT services and functions. Here are some of my responsibilities:* Own writing all communications and be responsible for meeting with various business leaders, translating drafts from tech jargon to user-focused communications delivered to a broad internal audience.* Lead the IT knowledge management strategy and operational processes. Develop technical process documents as needed and create templates for the IT org to ensure standardization and promotion of knowledge-centered learning.* Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to ensure IT communications are aligned with the broader company communications strategy and schedule.* Maintain the IT Digital Workspace on the company intranet, aligning with the Corporate Communications team on formatting and style to ensure consistency.* Coordinate change management and enablement for IT changes to ensure employees are informed and have the tools and knowledge needed to maintain an outstanding user experience.* Manage the IT communications queue in Jira Service Manager ensuring communications are drafted, reviewed, and approved by appropriate stakeholders and leadership.* Research communications and enablement tools and best practices to make recommendations for improvements.* Now working on enabling our teams to effectively use Google Gemini and Microsoft Copilot to be more productive. Helping with early adopter programs, communications, and learning sessions to bring people on board with this new way to get work done. It\'s an adventure.
