Designed and built Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test benches for FCS, Avionics, and Propulsion, including an Iron Bird for integration testing.• Participated in Safety of Flight (SoF) test campaigns, conducting qualification tests with suppliers and wind tunnel tests for Electric Propulsion Units (EPUs) and rotors.• Prepared and maintained test bench documentation to meet certification requirements and ensure configuration control.• Developed software tools to automate testing, manage Interface Control Documents (ICD), and handle data/video recording.• Set up data acquisition and recording systems across multiple digital communication standards.• Supported the integration of a flight dynamics model for closed-loop testing. • Developed a Reflective Memory system to connect various test equipment, including data acquisition systems, fault insertion units, and emulation hardware.
