As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within Texana, my role entails leading with empathy. I specialize in focused interventions for reducing challenging behaviors as well as increasing social, adaptive, and self-help skills to support client quality of life. The populations I work with include ages 4-15 and are typically underserved populations with limited access to ABA services. I oversee a caseload of behavioral health technicians who provide direct services to clients and provide them with 1:1 and direct observation supervision. I provide 1:1 coaching to parents outside and inside of sessions across every therapy day to maximize generalization across people and environments.
