ABOUT LEEANNE MCKENZIE
Currently working as a Trainee Solicitor at Pogust Goodhead, a global law firm with a mission to help individuals, groups, and businesses access fair and tangible justice, with a focus on corporate accountability, environmental justice, consumer protection, and human rights. Graduated with First-Class Joint Honours LLB in Scots Law with French from the University of Dundee (2022) and the Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Practice with Merit from RGU (2025). During my time at UofD, I was awarded the A.A Matheson Quaich for highest performing Law with Languages Student and the Alistair Sankey Memorial Quaich for outstanding contribution to sport.I bring over 3 years of diverse and practical legal experience across conveyancing, critical incident investigations, and legal research, gained through my previous roles at SGN, where I supported the in-house legal team as a Paralegal, and by taking on PMO and Loggist responsibilities.Currently, I am developing my expertise in litigation, with a particular focus on group proceedings.Outside of work and academics, my main passion has always been sport. I have previously represented both Scotland and GBR in curling and now enjoy training for running events and hiking.
