ABOUT LINDA JUNKIN

Whether I am interacting directly with patients, employees, or client executives, I am passionate about developing strong and collaborative strategic relationships. My experience includes working with clients in healthcare - healthcare systems and medical insurance industries, as well as clients who utilize a variety of ADP’s Domestic and Global HCM products including core Human Resources and Benefit Services. Each client has unique organizational requirements and critical business issues, and I make it a priority to understand these, fostering trusted advisor relationships that rely on open dialogue, consultation, and strategy. I have been successful in expanding my company’s business with my focus on client retention, reference-ability, and satisfaction. My clients often tell me that they appreciate that I understand their business and their needs, and that I “get it”. I am self-motivated and resourceful in working with internal partners, leading account planning activities, influencing change, and aligning client needs with the business to drive mutually successful opportunities. My areas of expertise include Healthcare, Health Insurance, Human Resources, and Benefits Administration industries, with strengths in managing strategic relationships, striving for high levels of customer success, and new business growth. My professional certifications include SHRM-CP and PHR. I love to travel, and I enjoy all of the outdoor wonders that Utah has to offer, especially the world class skiing. In the fall, I am an avid NCAA college football fan. I also spend time walking with the world’s best dog Lola, jogging, and gardening.
