With over 25 years in the entertainment industry, I have deep, hands-on lifecycle experience across theatrical and episodic global distribution. Having managed teams on the client and vendor sides, which include studios, post houses, distributors, and content platforms, I offer a unique end-to-end perspective on content operations and execution. Currently, I oversee worldwide theatrical releases for anime titles, managing timelines, workflows, and deliverables across domestic and international markets. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Post Production, Operations, Marketing, PR, Brand, Acquisitions and Legal to align strategy and execution. This includes vetting contracts for rights terms to ensure accurate planning and compliance across all distribution channels. I’m known for driving process optimization, managing global release pipelines, and establishing scalable systems using tools such as Airtable, Rightsline, Okta and Media Valet. I also proactively mitigate risks and ensure the timely delivery of localized materials to meet global release deadlines. I’m passionate about crafting and distributing content that resonates with mass markets and enjoy bringing this experience to leadership roles with forward-thinking, innovation-driven companies where I can help shape and scale content for maximum creative and commercial impact.

   Provide value and support throughout the entire global theatrical release cycle by influencing the workflows, stakeholders, and internal teams with specific and impactful production tactics; Establish communication and integration points between teams to address and resolve forecasted or urgent issues; Coordinate with key collaborators to align on key deliverables per territory, including localized languages, release dates, corresponding materials due dates, and delivery of final materials; Establish processes to track release timelines, materials delivery, and multiple layers of approvals. Collaborate closely with Japan based teams to facilitate timely delivery of approval requests and ensure clear communication between the approvals team and key internal partners; Identify project timelines, milestones, and owners - leading execution against key objectives.
