Larry is the Global Principal - Structural at Jacobs and leads the Structural Community of Practice, connecting 2,600+ structural engineers, designers, and technicians across all Jacobs markets and regions. In addition, he also serves as Federal Structural Group Leader for Dallas-Fort Worth and leads a team of 40+ structural engineering professionals. He is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) with significant domestic and international experience analyzing and designing steel, concrete, and masonry structural systems for various federal, industrial, and institutional projects. His technical expertise includes high seismic and high wind designs, progressive collapse mitigation techniques, anti-terrorism force protection (ATFP), and vibration-sensitive facilities. He serves in various Jacobs operations leadership roles and has a proven track record of managing large project design teams.
