Fund Administration:• Ensures that endowed funds are being spent on appropriate expenditures as approved by the Board of Trustees• Manages the naming process of donor-funded undergraduate scholarships and Graduate and Postdoctoral fellowship recipients, any new or open professorships or faculty scholarships.• Tracks all endowed accounts and ensure funds are properly allocated each year and maintain and adapt the SOP to meet the needs of the school.Stewardship:• Collaborates with colleagues to determine appropriate annual stewardship plans for principal prospects• Prepares and coordinates sophisticated written stewardship correspondence for all stewardship prospects, including complex publications and stewardship materials for School and University donors and prospects• Create strategic stewardship moves for cross-divisional and principal prospects with appropriate personnel.Special Events:• Oversees the planning and execution of all recognition events, including all print pieces, event logistics, briefings, and full leadership preparation.• Manages other special stewardship events such as, small donor lunches/dinners, historical scholarship, stewardship reports, communications and marketingPersonnel Management:• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the development coordinator and ensure this person is trained in all needed areas.
